As an artist, Carole Gaylard has enjoyed working in many different media over the years. Paint has always been the main route for her inspiration to find its way, but fabric has also been an important, though less public, way of expressing herself.

It is through knowledge of this work that Lodge farm Church commissioned Carole to make a series of hand puppets for the children’s work carried out at the church.

God asks us to tell others about Himself in many different ways. Through the puppets the children enjoy learning about and performing stories from the Bible, and parents enjoy coming to church to see their children perform while at the same time hearing the message of Jesus. John 3:16
